Karl has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is an expert in financial analysis, repositions, dispositions, and asset management.  His multifaceted real estate career began in 2008 and since then he has worked as a commercial real estate broker, commercial property manager and eventually found his calling in asset management.
