Marissa has been a Property Manager at Pilot since 2020. Her work ethic, optimism, and passion for customer service make her an asset throughout the onboarding process for Pilot’s new properties.
Before joining the Pilot team, Marissa worked as a Customer Service Specialist and Account Manager for a local utilities company. By holding fast to her own lofty standards, she ensures all projects are executed as close to perfection as possible before receiving her seal of approval. She specializes in creating a hospitable atmosphere for her clients and is known for her upbeat attitude and no-nonsense determination to get the job done.
Outside of the office, Marissa enjoys spending time in nature, watercolor painting, and flying high during aerial acrobatics classes.
