KENNY PULSIFER

As Senior Property Manager for Pilot Ventures, Kenny works both with residential and commercial properties.  He has a focus on commercial real estate, working closely with both ownership and tenants. Kenny specializes in relationship building, as he knows that quality relationships are key to the success of any asset. Relationships with janitorial/maintenance, tenants, vendors, and owners, keeps people working together for the better of the property.

Kenny has worked in the property management industry since 2012 and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is also currently pursuing the IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Outside of the office Kenny enjoys quality time with family and friends typically around a dinner table or playing games.  He has also picked up riding his bike around Seattle slowly gaining miles on each trip with the goal of getting to those 50-mile bike rides.
