EVAN RITTER

Evan first joined the Pilot Property Management team in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager, then became a Property Manager in 2023. In 2025, he was promoted to Facilities Manager. In this role, he is responsible for the success of the maintenance and turn team, as well as implementing systems for streamlined organization and maintaining company-wide expectations. Additionally, he serves as Commercial Manager, overseeing Pilot’s portfolio of commercial properties. He is currently working towards the IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Evan is a graduate of Northwest Career & Technical Academy of Las Vegas, Nevada. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest, he has gained experience in the operations of small business and creation of growth-oriented procedures.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors paddleboarding, hiking, and relaxing in the sun. After the sun goes down, Evan can be found watching movies from Tarantino and A24.
