RANDY SMITH

Randy joined the Pilot Property Maintenance team in February 2025 and works as a Maintenance Tech, ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and presentable. His work covers a mix of preventive maintenance, responding to resident work orders, turn execution, and emergency response.

Previously, Randy worked for 15 years at Home Depot in a leadership role and in merchandising execution. Off the clock, Randy enjoys trying new restaurants, spontaneous weekend road trips, the outdoors, and gaming.
