ERNIE RAMIN

Ernie joined Pilot in 2025 at the Maintenance Coordinator, working closely with the Facilities Manager and Maintenance team to organize maintenance schedules, review and respond to work orders, and coordinate with vendors and tenants to make sure needs are met quickly and efficiently. By keeping communication clear and maintenance tasks on track, the Maintenance Coordinator helps create a seamless experience for tenants while supporting the entire facilities team.

Ernie brings more than three years of experience in property operations, previously working as a Turn Operations Specialist and Maintenance Coordinator. He also spent three years working in the BPO industry as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Service Representative, where he developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ernie received his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, which has helped him approach operations with a tech-savvy and analytical mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his kids, watching movies and series on Netflix, and exploring his passion for motorcycles by customizing them with aftermarket parts.
