ABEGAIL RUBIANES

Abegail joined Pilot Property Management in 2025. As the Senior Bookkeeper, she supports and leads the property bookkeeping team by streamlining tasks and implementing more efficient processes, including developing SOPs to promote consistency and continuity. Her responsibilities include account reconciliation, owner distributions, auditing vendor bills, and managing the 1099 filing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 

Abegail is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Lopez Quezon Branch. Outside of the office, she enjoys bonding with her kids by going to shopping malls, playing in arcades, going to parks, and watching movies.
