BECCA BENSON

Becca has been the Executive Assistant to Co-Founder & Principal, Jason Kono, since 2025. She provides direct executive support along with day-to-day administrative assistance for the broader leadership team. 

Becca has only recently joined Pilot and looks forward to tackling more projects as time goes on. She brings an eclectic 20-plus years of C-Level Executive Support experience from industries such as technology, real estate development, and cannabis. Becca lives in Indiana with her husband, and in her free time enjoys caring for senior dogs, tending to her houseplants, and baking for family and friends.
