CASSIDY McIVER

As the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager for Pilot Ventures, Cassidy oversees the brand and all marketing and communications. She develops and implements digital marketing strategies to promote opportunities and property management services, collaborating with teams across the organization to create marketing materials for clients and investors.

Cassidy graduated with a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Washington State University. She began her career in real estate, working for a large real estate developer and supporting the launch of their luxury high-rise in Seattle. Continuing her marketing career in real estate development and construction, she specializes in managing multiple brands, marketing, communication, and graphic design for project teams overseeing mixed-use and multi-family projects across Puget Sound.

Cassidy has the skillset to transform ideas into visual assets that drive internal culture and tell stories of the communities we design, build, and manage. She has a passion for housing, community building, and design. Outside of the office, Cassidy can typically be found spending time with her friends and family, cooking, and sipping on her favorite Washington wines.
