ELI BECK

Eli joined Pilot Property Management in 2025 as a Property Manager, driving operational efficiency to deliver ground-up results.  He began his career in property management in 2020, overseeing 14 multifamily communities across Seattle. In his prior role, he led maintenance operations, leasing strategies, and resident retention initiatives. He later transitioned into business software sales, where he developed critical skills in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving innovation to improve both business performance and, most importantly to Eli, the experiences of their customers.

In 2024, Eli enlisted in the Washington Army National Guard as a Healthcare Specialist (Medic) to assist with local humanitarian efforts, reaffirming his commitment to service. Now being back in property management, he brings a renewed focus on being a reliable asset and resource for the communities he supports—both as a medic and as a property manager.

Outside of work, Eli enjoys hiking, attending live concerts, and traveling with his wife and son. He’s also an avid fan of football, boxing, and Lord of the Rings!
