ERIKA TRAMONTE

In her role as Assistant Property Manager, Erika’s responsibilities in supporting the team’s property portfolio include tenant and client services, leasing, maintenance coordination, and operational support.

Erika joined Pilot Property Management in 2025, bringing a multifaceted real estate background spanning commercial, multifamily development, nonprofit housing, and single-family sales. She is a licensed real estate agent, a commissioned notary public, and has experience working with HUD, LIHTC and WSHFC to obtain funding and ensure housing compliance and program requirements. Erika earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Redlands.

Outside of the office, Erika loves testing her knowledge in trivia and Jeopardy!, exploring Washington State, camping, snowboarding and spending time with loved ones and her dog, Benny.
