HALLE RAE

Halle joined the Pilot Property Management team in 2024. While she started as an Assistant Property Manager, Halle was promoted to the role of Compliance Manager in 2025. She plays a key role in overseeing compliance programs, reducing risk, and upholding legal and ethical standards, all while ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Halle is a graduate of Bellevue College with an Associate of Science degree and continued her studies in pre-medicine and psychology at Western Washington University. Afterward, she ventured into the real estate industry, gaining valuable experience in property management and developing expertise in affordable housing programs, ultimately joining the Pilot team in 2024.

Outside of the office, Halle enjoys exploring her creativity through new art projects. She also finds joy in relaxing with a good movie and a cup of tea, especially when shared with loved ones.
