A Little More About JENNIFER

As Office Administrator for Pilot Property Management, Jennifer supports day-to-day operations to ensure a productive and enjoyable office environment. She works with the property management, bookkeeping, and operations teams on special projects and daily tasks, while providing exceptional customer service to tenants and vendors.

Jennifer received her degree in UX and Web Design from Seattle Central College. Before joining the Pilot team, Jennifer worked as a customer service specialist for a stationery and giftware company in Seattle. She provided support for wholesale customers and creative partners, as well as assisted with tradeshows, marketing, and the art department. Prior to making the transition to office life, she worked as a floral designer, creating custom florals for individuals and events.

In her free time, Jennifer indulges her passion for art and creating. She loves to paint, sketch, take photos, and play with words. She also enjoys meandering walks, perusing bookstores for unique finds, wandering through museums and galleries, and being outside as much as possible to revel in the wonders of nature. She’s always exploring, seeking inspiration, and finding beauty in the often-overlooked details wherever she goes.
