A Little More About JEREMY DAVE

Jeremy is a Property Management Assistant at Pilot Ventures. With a strong background in real estate and customer service, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Since 2018, Jeremy has been honing his skills in the real estate industry, working with agencies based in Australia. During this time, he successfully managed five storage facilities, showcasing his exceptional organizational abilities. Additionally, he provided invaluable support to Residential Property Managers, assisting them with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Prior to his venture into real estate, Jeremy spent four years in the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry, where he served as a Customer Service Representative and Learning Specialist Apprentice. This experience allowed him to master the art of delivering exceptional customer service and develop a keen eye for problem-solving.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Saint Louis University, Philippines. His educational background and professional experience in the hotel industry, primarily as a Front Desk Officer, have equipped him with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Outside of the office, he finds solace in exploring new destinations such as beaches, savoring different cuisines, and engaging in friendly matches of badminton. When he’s unwinding at home, he indulges in his love for sci-fi movies and series, immersing himself in captivating stories.
