As a Property Manager for Pilot Property Management since 2025, Jonishia specializes in customer service, project management, and working with vendors and clients to get the job done. She manages a portfolio of properties in the Seattle, WA area. As a property manager she ensures her portfolio of properties are up to date with compliance needs and have great curb appeal.

Jonishia is a graduate of Renton Technical College where she obtained her AA in Business Management. She also brings five years of property management experience with her to the team.

Outside of the office, Jonishia enjoys diamond painting, watching movies, and finding new projects to work on.
