KATIE JOHNSON

Meet Katie, an Assistant Property Manager at Pilot Property Management since 2025. Katie joined Pilot with over 4 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and she plays a key role in supporting the team’s portfolio of properties through her prompt communication and proactive approach to client needs. She brings a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry, having worked closely with buyers, sellers, and tenants throughout her career. Known for her thoughtful problem-solving and personable approach, Katie builds lasting client relationships. Her ability to navigate multiple sides of the operation makes her a valuable asset to any property management team.

Katie graduated from the University of Oregon, where she earned a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Her academic background provides a solid analytical framework for interpreting market trends and making data-driven decisions in the real estate space. Afterwards Katie began her career in brokerage, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, market analysis, and experienced deal negotiation firsthand. Her interest in the operational side of real estate led her to transition into property management, where she now oversees multifamily assets.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys a well-rounded lifestyle that blends adventure and wellness. She spends her weekends hiking and camping around Washington and evenings practicing hot yoga. Katie is also a passionate skier – whether it’s a quick trip to her local mountain or a vacation in the French Alps chasing fresh powder. A proud University of Oregon alum, she never misses a chance to cheer on the Ducks during football season, decked out in green and yellow. Sco Ducks!
