KENNY PULSIFER

As Senior Property Manager for Pilot Ventures, Kenny works both with residential and commercial properties.  He has a focus on commercial real estate working closely with both ownership and tenants keeping their relationships tight and if needed will assist with tenants who need to expand their business.

Kenny has 11 years industry experience and is completing the Certified Property Manager (CPM) course and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  Kenny specializes in relationship building.  He knows that quality relationships are key to the success of any asset.  Relationships with janitorial/maintenance work, tenants, vendors, and owners, keeps people working together for the better of the property.

Outside of the office Kenny enjoys quality time with family and friends typically around a dinner table or playing games.  He has also picked up riding his bike around Seattle slowly gaining miles on each trip with the goal of getting to those 50-mile bike rides.
