MAX ANDERSON

Max joined Pilot Property Management in 2023. As part of the Maintenance Team, Max is dedicated to doing the job right the first time and caring for tenants’ homes as he does his own.

Although originally from Florida, Max’s family has deep roots in the Seattle area, notably as founders of the iconic Elephant Car Wash. Max ascertained the importance of maintenance as a youth, working on his grandparents’ farm in Oak Harbor.

Passionate about helping others, Max utilizes his background in carpentry, plumbing, home construction, and home maintenance and repairs, to develop creative and practical solutions for tenants and property owners.

Max is a devoted, enthusiastic, and fun-loving father of four young children. Outside of the office, Max enjoys horticulture, collecting vinyl records, and supporting local artists.
