MIKE MARKU

As a Business Development Associate at Pilot since 2025, Mike drives growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities that expand our client base and strategic partnerships.

Mike first joined the Pilot Property Management team in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting property managers in the smooth operation of properties. He was promoted to Property Manager in 2024, taking over ownership of his own portfolio of properties and assisting with key projects.

Mike currently lives in Connecticut, where he grew up before spending a few years Seattle. He is a graduate of the Southern Connecticut State University, with a degree in Marketing. Since graduating Mike has worked primarily in B2B sales and marketing, before shifting into property management.

Outside of the office Mike enjoys spending time reading, watching sports, and exploring neighborhoods or parks with his family.
