RANDY SMITH

Randy joined the Pilot Property Maintenance team in February 2025 and works as a Turn Tech, supporting the efficient execution of apartment turns to minimize vacancy.  Previously, Randy worked for 15 years at Home Depot in a leadership role and in merchandising execution.

Off the clock, Randy enjoys trying new restaurants, spontaneous weekend road trips, the outdoors, and gaming.
