SHIVNEEL CHETTY

In his role as Property Manager, Shivneel is tasked with managing and growing the existing property portfolio and driving through innovation ideas in line with Pilot’s core purpose.

Shivneel joined Pilot Property Management in 2023 from Fijian Holdings Limited, where he was part of a team managing commercial properties.  In previous role, he was involved in multiple projects ranging from $200k to $71m. He is also one of the original team members who was part of one of the biggest single investments by FHL Group, which is FHL Tower.

Further, Shivneel holds an Executive Master in Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Finance from Fiji National University and an Associate degree in Accounting from North Seattle College. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Outside the office, Shivneel enjoys adventures such as hiking and exploring places.
